How many TRIGGERS are allowed in MySql table?

you can have only six triggers on a table: one trigger for each combination of time (BEFORE, AFTER) and action (INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE). As of MySQL 5.7. 2 or later, you can have multiple triggers for each time and action.

SIX triggers are allowed in the MySql table. They are as follows,

  1. BEFORE INSERT
  2.  AFTER INSERT
  3. BEFORE UPDATE
  4. AFTER UPDATE
  5. BEFORE DELETE
  6. AFTER DELETE
