Use of noscript tag

The <noscript> tag defines an alternative content for users that have disabled scripts in their browser or a browser that doesnot support script. This element can be used in both <head> and <body>. When used inside the <head> element, <noscript> must contains only <link>, <style> and <meta> elements.
The data inside the <noscript> element will be displayed if scripts are not supported or disabled in the user's browser.
